OTA has dozens of franchises around North America and takes orders through their franchises, websites, and online at Amazon.com. When management of their orders became an overwhelming task, OTA came to Home Run for a solution to its shortcomings.
With a dedicated staff to handle its shipping orders, OTA recognized Home Run's commitment to excellence in fulfillment and formalized the partnership. Online Trading Academy ships varying titles and quantities to individual addresses each day, presenting a challenging opportunity for Home Run each day.
Each day Home Run's fulfillment staff, receives Online Trading Academy orders. After processing for packing slips and inventory control is completed, the shipping staff locates the items orders and expertly packs them to ensure safe arrival. Orders can be as few as five to as many as 30 each day.
In addition to media and fulfillment, Home Run also prints business cards for the hundreds of individuals under OTA's employ, to be distributed around North America each month.
